Right of petition Introduction The objective of this work is to analyze the main rights that the person has to act on diversities with the world and see that Fundamental rights are inherent to all human beings without any distinction of race, sex, nationality, ethnic origin, language, religion or any other condition, we will talk about the main rights which are the right to life, the right to free expression, the right to petition, the right to equality Development The right to life is a universal right, that is, it corresponds to all human beings, the right to life requires that no one can be arbitrarily deprived of it, as this would constitute the privacy of existence itself to the human person, This right is the right not to be killed, and it is one of the very important rights because this right ensures the process of development, evolution and adaptation to the environment that a being develops, this right is found in article 11. The right to free expression is based on the fact that everyone has the freedom to express themselves and spread their thoughts and opinions and communicate them, without fear of reprisals, an example of this would be the feminist movement, which is a march of women where they give their free expression this law can be found in article 20. The right to petition the right that every individual has the possibility of asking or submitting respectful requests to the authorities.This right is necessary for the state because it is the main channel of communication between the administration and the citizens, everyone

Equivalentes: Que mantiene una relación de equivalencia con otra cosa. Adaptación: Conjunto de cambios que se realizan en una obra literaria, musical, etc., para destinarla a un medio distinto de aquél para el que fue creada. Jurídicos: Del derecho o de las leyes o relacionado con ellos- Naturales: Que ha nacido en el lugar que se especifica.
