I, Saint Bisht, son of Shri Kanye Bisht, resident of 23, Yeezus Chowk, Chi Town Road, Mumbai
I declare that I am in good health and possess a sound mind. This Will is made by me without any persuasion or coercion and out of my own independent decision only.
I appoint Shri Drake Singh, Son of Dr. Dre Singh, resident of 24, Toronto Road, Ludhiana, Punjab to be the executor of this Will. In the even Shri Drake Singh were to predecease me, then Smt. Kim Karnal, will be the executor of this Will.
I bequeath the following assets to my wife Smt. Sushma Bisht:
I bequeath the following assets to my son Shri Suresh Bisht:

It is hereby certified that SAINT BISHT , son of Shri Kanye Bisht, aged 39 years, resident of 23, Yeezus Chowk, Chi Town Road, Mumbai, has executed his Last Will and Testament on this 23 rd^ day of January, 2016 at Mumbai.
The execution and registration of the said Will has been witnessed by the following two attestators:-
I, Saint Bisht , son of Shri Kanye Bisht, aged 39 years, resident of 23, Yeezus Chowk, Chi Town Road, Mumbai, do hereby declare that this is the first codicil to my last Will and Testament, which is dated January 23, 2016.
Since the making of the said Will and Testament, there has been a sharp increase in the value of my stock holding and property situated in England. In another turn of events, I and my wife have conceived another boy Pablo Bisht, my younger son.
In light of the above, with the intention of providing for my wife and both my sons, I hereby make the following changes to my Will and Testament dated January 23, 2016.

I hereby revoke Paragraph 2 of my last Will and Testament. The revoked provision shall stand substituted by the following:
REAL PROPERTY: I am the sole and absolute owner of the villa situated at 25, Thierry Henry Avenue, Islington, London, England. I hereby give the aforesaid house property to my son, Shri Pablo Bisht.

I hereby revoke Paragraph 5 of my last Will and Testament. The revoked provision shall stand substituted by the following:
REAL PROPERTY: I am the sole and absolute owner of my car, a Black Rolls Royce Ghost with registration no. MH 01 A 0007. I hereby give the aforesaid property to my son, Shri Pablo Bisht.

I hereby revoke Paragraph 7 of my last Will and Testament. The revoked provision shall stand substituted by the following:
REAL PROPERTY: I am the sole and absolute owner of the house situated at 18-A, located at Aurangzeb Road, New Delhi. I hereby give the aforesaid house property to my son, Shri Pablo Bisht.

I hereby revoke Paragraph 12 of my last Will and Testament. The revoked provision shall stand substituted by the following:
