Why people live longer Why people are living longer now? In the past years, this topic has been brought to public attention. People have been living longer than before. Today people live more than 100 years. There are many factors for people to live longer, such as, healthy diet, lifelong physical activity and modern medical. First of all, people live longer now because of their healthy diet. They maintain about their health by eating healthy foods. Also, they go away from unhealthy foods. For example, people eat little meat, fresh fruiters and vegetables. This diet make them have healthy live and live longer. Secondly, people are living longer now because of their lifelong physical activity. They always have activity in every day. For instance, people do exercises every day, in order to have healthy live. In addition, they work 4 hours every day from childhood until they become old. This lead people to build strong body which make them live longer. Finally, people are living longer now because of the modern medical. Nowadays, medical have high improve from the past to now. There were some diseases that did not have treatment, however now there are treatment for them. For example, some kind of cancer did not have treatment, but now they have treatment. This improve of medical lead people to live longer. In sum up, people are living longer now because of their healthy diet. Furthermore, another reasons for why people live longer now that is lifelong physical activity. Finally, I believe that modern medical makes people to live longer. Through the analysis above, it is evident that why people live longer now.
