Leader can identify, develop, channelize and enrich the potentials existing in an organization. 8. Representation : A leader represents all his group members. He should connect the relationship between team members and the top-management. He should also solve the problems of the team members. 9. Development and use of human resource : A leader should develop as well as utilize the human resources of the organization in a most effective manner. A leader can also influence the tasks to act at the best level. 10.Facilitates change : The leader can also introduce change.
