6. Creates vision and initiative : A leader gives vision to his team members or followers which will turn them to create initiative and enthusiasm among them. 7. Transforms potential into reality : An effective leadership can transform potential or dream into reality. Leader can identify, develop, channelize and enrich the potentials existing in an organization. 8. Representation : A leader represents all his group members. He should connect the relationship between team members and the top-management. He should also solve the problems of the team members. 9. Development and use of human resource : A leader should develop as well as utilize the human resources of the organization in a most effective manner.
