General Delivery This free service is available at designated post offices for transients and individuals waiting to get a PO box. Customers may receive mail using a simplified address and will pick up all of their mail at the post office. Informed Delivery This is a free and optional notification service that allows users to digitally preview their mail.

Package Intercept Service This Additional Service allows customers to request to have an item they have sent through the Postal Service intercepted and returned prior to delivery, for a fee.
