I am very pleased to recommend Jennifer Comeens for an Athens State scholarship. She
has proven herself academically and campus involved at Bevill State Community College.
During her time at Bevill she earned a GPA of 3.85 and also worked full time. She received
the Bevill Scholars Award in 2009.
Jennifer is bright, energetic, compassionate and genuinely well rounded. Her grades have
been consistently above average in all of her courses, and she has actively participated in a
diverse assortment of extracurricular activities.Jennifer has also spent considerable time
outside the school involved in the community. She has also been involved with the
Haleyville High School Band Boosters, Dixie Youth Baseball, and Boy Scouts of America.
I recommend her without question.
