Student Circle Feedback is a web application designed for the course evaluation of a University. To do this the application basically considers those students, who are authenticated through the credentials that are associated with the university.
My plane is to develop Student Circle Feedback System in a very flexible way that the users of this application are comfortable in using the application. This is designed in 3 modules referring to, Student, Teaching Staff, and the Administrative department of the university. Questionaries’ are provided that need to be answered by the students ant the results are recorded for the evaluation purpose. The evaluated results of feedback are maintained and shown with frequent updates from time to time.
2.1 Existing System:
As far as my knowledge there are no applications with the result of feedback that are opened to the students. Through these freshmen who are willing to attend the university for the coming semester are unaware of the teaching staff about their performance in the previous semester which helps them in opting the professor of their choice considering the feedback given by the previous aluminies.
2.2 Proposed System:
This application overcomes this problem by the providing the results of feedback not only to the administrative department but also to the registered students of the university. And the highlights of the application are followed, F 0 D 8Cut your time – by giving feedback online when compared to the manual process.
F 0 D 8 Manage the entire process – the entire process of giving feedback and observing or viewing that reports after giving feedback is made easy.
F 0 D 8 Enhance the Teaching staff – Helps in better understanding the professor’s interest in teaching the
subject.
This system is generally used by three kinds of users:
Modules:
1. Student:
A student can give the feedback on Teaching Staff on a scale of five. The questionnaires cover all the
required topics that help in providing the effective content delivery in classroom. And the student who is interested in choosing a particular professor can refer to this feedback can ace an optimal decision.
2. Teaching Staff:
The feedback given by the students can be seen or viewed by the staff and improve their development and performance in teaching and other aspects if needed.
3. Administrative department:
The report produced is referred by the administrative department in following up with the course quality and to analyze the issues that help in providing quality education to the students and thereby improving its business standards.

Use case diagrams are used for the usage of the requirement of a system. It can be used in different ways. Identifying the functions and the roles which interacting with them is specified. For example here student (user) is interacting with the system. Identifying internal and external factors. Mainly maintaining relations ships is the main function of use case diagrams.
3.2 Use case diagram for Admin:
This use case diagram describes how a the admin performs activities in SCFS(student circle feedback
system).
3.3 Use case Diagram for Student :
This use case diagram describes how a user can browse for a particular course in learning management
system.
3.2 Non-Functional Requirements:
Hardware Requirements
Software Requirements
It is a type of static structure diagram that describes the structure of a system by showing the system's classes, their attributes, operations (or methods), and the relationships among objects.
3.5 Class Diagram for Student Circle Feedback System:
3.6 SEQUENCE DIAGRAM
It is an interaction diagram that shows how objects operate with one another and in what order. It is a construct of a message sequence chart. A sequence diagram shows object interactions arranged in time sequence.
3.8 CRC for Student:
3.10 CRC for Admin:
Student Circle Feedback application benefits all the three types of users in a very comfortable manner in the long run. This avoids emails sent to all the users related to feedback and saves lot of time where the requirement is satisfied using this website.
This plays an important role in the future course structure where the students can be aware of all the courses and feedback given to them. Thereby helping them to choose the course that they are interested in.
