An overview of your job role:
Sr Associate, Program Management manages complex client engagements to an acceptable level of risk by balancing scope, time, cost and quality while maintaining a positive environment that promotes individual development and high performance standards. He/she uses advanced problem solving skills, business skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent relationship building skills, as well as strong leadership and team management skills. He/she must have a strong understanding of project management tools and approaches to manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects and the flexibility to lead diverse and dynamic teams to deliver balanced integrated solutions to our client’s challenging business problems. The primary functions of this position include project management, client management, and team management. The most typical project roles for the Manager, Program Management are Project Manager (PM), on projects with team sizes ranging from 15-20 people.
The Manager, Program Management is expected to manage all phases of IT application development projects, including initiation, planning, execution, implementation, and post-implementation activities, leveraging best practice standards and processes set out by the PMO and other industry organisations (including PMI)
A detailed look at your job responsibilities Scoping Leads creation of scope matrix for large to medium size project (15 - 20 team members under multiple tracks Should be able to manage and control project scope and the change control process Assist the pursuit team to complete RFP's, project scoping, sizing and pricing estimates
Project Setup Structures and manages integrated, multi-track projects and/or programs of multiple projects Oversees project estimations and staffing Sets project quality and performance standards Builds and structures the project team to ensure maximum performance Ensures key project and program-wide roles and responsibilities are defined Ensures a positive, collaborative work environment for the team Directly supervises the work of Associate Project Manager(s), Track Leads & Domain Leads Mentors and coaches project team members, as appropriate Manages third-party partner and/or vendor relationships, as necessary -
Project Planning & Tracking Should be able to develop detailed work plans (high/mid), project schedules, estimates, and people plans in conjunction with project team members and other involved client teams Leads the development and tracking of integrated project plans Should be able to monitor and report on project traction and progress and, as necessary, coordinate the development, discussion, and approval of corrective action and/or contingency plans Plan and implement change management work as project deliverables are rolled out, including activities such as training, communication, and documentation Feeds back progress/delays to programme lead with an outline of issues Is aware of Avizva Approach methodology and tools

Skill Requirement At least 5-7 years of project management experience in a consulting organization Strong proficiency with project scheduling tools (MS-Project) Demonstrated leadership capability, preferably with leadership experience with teams of 10+ people Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, negotiating, influencing, facilitation, organisational, prioritisation, decision making, and conflict resolution skills Strong understanding of project management methodology including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk, develop detailed work plans and specifications, perform people allocations and run team meetings
