1.1 Creating your Paypal account

All you need to withdraw is a PayPal account. If you haven't already, see the instructions below: My Earnings and Withdraw Go to www.paypal.com in a web browser; If you prefer, you can use a PayPal mobile app on your phone or tablet. Click “Sign Up” (blue button in the upper-right corner of the page); Select sign up for a “Personal” account; Select your Country; Enter your personal details; After creating your PayPal account, link your credit card and bank account to PayPal; For this, click the “Pay & Get Paid” tab and select “Banks & Card”. Once you add a payment method to PayPal, you can use it to send money. Verify your email address with PayPal. In case that you have already created your PayPal account, you can add or check your PayPal email address in the sales section.

1.2 How much do I earn with each document?

When you fill the upload form, you have to set the price of your documents. How does it work? The document price is expressed in premium points ( ) and a certain amount of premium points corresponds to a certain net gain for each download (Docsity's fee is already considered). In the dropdown menu, you will see all the available prices: they go from a minimum of 20 points to a maximum of 500 points. Example: If you set 30 points as price, you earn 1.92 US$ for each download. If you sell the document three times, you gain 5,76 US$. This amount is the actual earning. Set the price of your document 20 points* (you earn 1.28US$ for each download) 30 points (you earn 1.92US$ for each download) 40 points (you earn 2.56S$ for each download) 50 points (you earn 3.20US for each download) Remember that you can change the price of your documents whenever you want through the edit option.

When can I withdraw my earnings?

You can make your withdrawal request at any time, as long as you must have earned more than €10 or $10. All you need to withdraw is a PayPal account.

How long does it take to receive my

money on my PayPal account?

Upon approval of the withdrawal request, the money will be deposited into your PayPal account generally within 15 days. On the occasion that the request is not answered within this period, contact Docsity Support.

If necessary, you can check your PayPal email address in the sales section of your account.

How do I withdraw my earnings?

Is there a minimum or maximum

amount to withdraw?

To make a withdrawal request you must have earned more than € 10 or $ 10. If you have this minimum, the withdraw button will be activated in the sales section of your account. The money will be paid directly to the PayPal account that you have associated with the account during the filling of your seller profile. If necessary, you can change your PayPal account whenever you want in the sales section.

Is there any fee to withdraw my

earnings?

When selling documents on Docsity, you decide how much you earn from each of your documents, there are no hidden fees. There is only the payment platform (PayPal) fee, which varies according to your country's currency. Other than that, there are no additional fees or discounts.

How can I track my sellings?

You can track your sales in the sales section of your account.

Is it possible to receive feedback on

the performance of my document?

Go to docsity.com; Log into the site with your existing username and password; Click on your profile picture; Select My reviews ; You can see the feedback you received on the Received section. You can check ratings and feedback received on your document page. To do this, follow the instructions below: For now, you can view the number of downloads and price of the document. That being the case, access My documents. Also, if you are disappointed with your document earnings you can change the price, title and description to make them more attractive to users.
