ORGANIZATION AND ITS BENEFITS

1. THE NATURE OF THE ORGANIZATION:

That is, in an organization there are several people or members who have the same goal and want to achieve it together.

  1. PRINCIPLES IN THE ORGANIZATION: a. Organizational goals and commonalities b. Distribution of performance and responsibility c. Workflow simplicity and flexibility d. Efficiency and continuity of coordination Organizational principles are the basis for thinking and movement in carrying out organizational activities, organizational principles determine how the organization works. Members of the organization must understand the principles of the organization so that the performance of members can develop and develop the organization. Members of the organization must be involved in thinking and acting according to the agreed organizational principles. The organizational principle has a role as a guide to form an efficient organizational structure and as a guideline for carrying out organizational activities so that the organization's activities can run smoothly.
  2. PRE ORGANIZATION : Before joining or joining an organization, we must understand our own goals and the benefits of the organization to us. To understand this, there are ways that help us understand our purpose in joining an organization, namely: THE GOLDEN CIRCLE a. Why: understand your goals, understand why we join an organization b. How: understand how you will achieve your goals in growing c. What : understand what you will give to an organization to prove or realize your goal of joining the organization.

Apart from understanding THE GOLDEN CIRCLE, we also have to set our mindset as to why we need to join an organization. Besides that, we also have to know our own potential so that when we join an organization, we can do something or what contribution we make to the organization through our own potential, and lastly, we need passion if we want to join an organization. With passion, we will know whether we are really suitable or just ambition at the beginning.

  1. ROLE IN THE ORGANIZATION: a. Leader / Facilitator : lead the forum & make decisions b. Arbitrator / Harmonizer: moderator when there is a difference of opinion c. Encourager: comfort d. Notetaker / Timekeeper: presenter and deliver conclusions e. Devil Advocate: often have different opinions & stand firm f. Quality control: critical & questioning decisions/ideas Organizational insight material was delivered by the presenters clearly and delivered through detailed points. The presenters gave tips and descriptions of why we should join an organization. The speaker also told us not to be fomo when we are going to join an organization. In my opinion, this material is very important because nowadays many people feel left behind when they see their friends joining an organization that makes them feel fomo. With the delivery of material related to organizational insights, we are given an overview of how or what we have to do if we want to join an organization. This material conveys that we must determine our goals and mindset if we want to join an organization. Delivering material related to this organization can help us, especially those with minimal organizational experience, to understand each other's goals and understand whether organizational goals are in accordance with our wishes. We cannot expect that when we join an organization we will relax or think we can take it for granted, because when we join an organization we will have our respective duties to achieve common goals in that organization. In addition, the explanation of material related to this organization was well conveyed by the presenters with examples according to the speaker's organizational experience so that this material could be easily understood by the participants. However, the use of language and the speaker's way of speaking still needs to be improved because it still
  1. Determine & analyze the priority scale of the problem We can conclude that with Environmental Condition Analysis, we can anticipate or minimize the occurrence of a failure in an activity to be carried out. By analyzing the condition of our environment we can also know ourselves better and know our surroundings where this will help us achieve success with the support from ourselves and from our surroundings which is a place for us to learn and develop. In my opinion, Environmental Condition Analysis material is very important and much needed for everyone, especially for students or students who are in a period of learning and developing. By studying and applying analysis of environmental conditions in everyday life, we can better understand ourselves and understand the environment around us. That way, we will grow and develop into individuals who think more critically and are more aware of the important issues that are happening around us. Environmental condition analysis material really helps us to make a decision or action by taking into account the existing situation and conditions. We also understand better how to prevent failure in planning an activity and know how important an activity is to be held. For example, by analyzing environmental conditions in this activity, we can understand the purpose of activities which will help participants develop themselves for study, work, and society.

PROPOSAL

Proposal is a written proposal to carry out activities addressed to parties related to the activity or event. An activity proposal is a plan that is poured into the form of a work plan that is made before an activity is carried out to obtain permission and seek event sponsors so that it can help financially and non-financially. The plan for an activity or an event is written to explain or describe a series of activities along with what needs are needed for the activity or event in one document called a proposal. Activities contained in the proposal can be in the form of submission activities, business, projects, research, funding, and so on. A proposal must contain 7 important points to explain the activities proposed in the proposal to related parties as the points below: A. What : what is the content of the proposal? B. Why : why submit a proposal? C. Who: who organizes, who is the target of the activity, etc. D. When: when did the activity take place? E. Where: where is the activity carried out? F. How: how is the activity carried out? G. How much: how much money is needed to organize the activity? Proposal writing must be correct and sequential so that interested parties such as those who have to give permission and sponsors can understand the contents of the proposal properly and agree to the contents of the proposal. In writing a proposal there are 5 important points related to the purpose of writing a proposal, namely as follows: A. Submitting a plan of activities to be held B. Explain directly the agenda and events to be held to related parties C. Receive support related to activities or research that will be held D. Obtain approval in the form of an event permit from the relevant parties and authorities E. Obtaining funds and sponsors for conducting an activity or research  The systematics of writing a proposal / TOR must be in order, correct, and use language that is easy to understand. The sequential systematics in writing a proposal must contain the following:  a. Cover: title “TERM OF REFERENCE (TOR) … (name of activity)”

Accountability Report is a report in the form of a written document to report the implementation of an activity. The preparation of this report is carried out by an organizational unit or group to other organizations that have a higher or at least equivalent level. This report serves as an evaluation material for the entire process of implementing activities. accountability reports can measure the ability of each division, or the implementing team by being accountable for the performance results of each party. In my opinion, intelligence materials related to proposals and accountability reports are very important because everyone, especially students, must understand how to make proposals and s that are correct and easy to understand. By understanding the material related to proposals and s, it is hoped that they will be able to make good proposals and s, especially for us which will be holding a gathering event so that they can make proposals that are sequential, correct, and easy to understand so that they can be approved by related parties and get sponsors to support the event or activity which will be held. Understanding how to make good and easy-to-understand proposals and s is also very important if one day we are assigned to make proposals or s for business activities, jobs, events, and so on so that the proposals we make can be immediately approved by related parties such as sponsors. The explanation of the proposal and material was explained in detail and clearly by the presenters and it was easy to understand because after the material session there was also a proposal making simulation session so that it could be more easily understood. In addition, the speaker also answered questions in the question and answer session in a complete, clear, and given an example according to the speaker's experience in making proposals and accountability report.
