1. All programming assignments / projects / exams shall be submitted via email to the
instructor (unless specified otherwise) in addition to neat print outs (hard copies) of
all relevant files / programs / functions.
2. The email should be received by the due date, class time.
3. The only acceptable email accounts are Armstrong Atlantic State University Email
Accounts.
4. Use the following naming sequence for each MATLAB program file (*.m file):
problem1.m, problem2.m, …
problem1_1.m, problem1_2.m, …
problem3a.m, problem3b.m, …
problem3_1a.m, problem3_1b.m, problem3_2a.m, …
Note: MATLAB does not accept characters such as spaces, hyphens, etc. in
file names.
5. Instructions for submission of files via email:
Create a folder following the naming sequence: yourlastname_project1,
yourlastname_exam2, etc.
Copy all relevant files / programs / functions to this folder.
Using winzip.exe (or a similar application) compress this folder using the
same name as the folder.
Submit this compressed folder as an attachment with your email.
Do not attach all your files separately to your email. This folder should
contain all relevant files including any excel, image and other files.
6. The email should have your full name, course number and the assignment / project /
exam number as the subject; for example:
Subject: Priya T. Goeser ENGR2010 – Project # 1
Subject: Priya T. Goeser ENGR1371 – Exam # 2
7. The email should have files pertaining to this class only.
8. Send only one email for submission of each assignment / project / exam.
9. All programs should be ‘user friendly’:
Programs and functions should follow the specified MATLAB coding style.
Graphs should be clear and well labeled.
Commands typed in directly at the command prompt will not be accepted.
10. Save a copy of all files / programs / functions on your USB drive or similar storage
media. This is your back-up copy.
Failure to comply with this format will result in point deductions for the
assignment/project/exam.
