Peer Teach Assignment
Students will perform a dynamic warm up for this selected workout. All studnets
should start out in a light jog for three minutes. Next, students will begin doing
ten lunges ( for each leg), fifteen jumping jacks, and eight body squats. After
that, students should spend as much time needed to stretch their hamstrings,
calves, and quads.
My map was completed using www.maps.google.com website and was printed
off.
The route is will take approximately 40 minutes to complete and is 2.0 miles long.
Since the students will be walking next to busy streets, it is imperative that
everyone should use crosswalks any time it is necessary to cross the street in the
route. Even if this means adding more time to the designated route, students
should wait until it is safe to cross the street.
Students should also use the sidewalks at all times and should never walk in the
road.
The students may walk, jog, or run the route. At any pace, the route should be
completed within the allotted class time.
