PATRIMONIO CULTURAL SUBCUATICO Son con han todos los vestigios de la existencia humana carácter cultural, histórico y arqueológico, que estado total o parcialmente sumergidos en el agua, en forma periódica o continua, por lo menos durante 100 años.
