A COS 133 Learning Partner is a student in
your section who is highly motivated and
wants to achieve academic excellence in
this course.
Your purpose is to make a stronger
connection to the COS 133 course by
teaming up with a productive classmate.
2. What are the Learning Partner
responsibilities?
• The student is willing to get together
before and/or after the class to review
notes, to quiz one another, and to offer
revision suggestions for assignments.
• If one of the learning partners is absent,
the other learning partner will assist by
sharing missed notes and helping out.
• If appropriate, the Learning partners will
sit next to one another in class.
• Learning partners will share MCC
student email addresses, and if agreed,
phone numbers.
• The Learning partners will motivate each
other when things get tough.
