The transistor in Fig. 1 has parameters VT N = 0.35 V and Kn = 25μA/V^2. The circuit parameters are VDD = 2.2 V, R 1 = 355 kΩ, R 2 = 245 kΩ, and RD = 100 kΩ. Find ID, VGS, and VDS. (1.5)
Fig.
Consider the circuit shown in Fig.2. The nominal transistor parameters are VT P = −0.30 V and Kp = 120 μA/V^2. (1.5) (a) Calculate VSG, ID, and VSD. (b) Determine the variation in ID if the threshold voltage varies by ±5 percent.

Consider the circuit in Fig. 2. Using the nominal transistor parameters described in Question no.2 draw the load line and determine the transition point parameters. (1.5)
Consider the circuit shown in Fig. 3 with transistor parameters VT ND = 1V and VT NL = −2V. (2.0)
(a) Design the ratio KnD/KnL that will produce an output voltage of VO = 0.25V at VI = 5V.
(b) Find KnD and KnL if the transistor currents are 0.2 mA when VI = 5V.
