2. Leading- asking “yes” or “no” questions, (only allowed on cross)
3. Hearsay- “he said”, “she said”, (not allowed unless an exception)
4. Speculation- “I guess”, “I think”, “maybe”
5. Lack of Personal Knowledge- first hand knowledge
6. Non-responsive- witness didn’t answer question asked
7. Foundation- has to A, B, C, D, no steps left out
8. Opinion- only expert witnesses can give their opinion
9. Facts not in evidence- information that has not been entered in
10. Asked & Answered- asking question already answered
11. Character Evidence- assuming someone’s behavior
12. Compound Question- more than one question for single answer
13. Vague Question- isn’t clear what is being asked
14. Argumentative- attorney inserting argument in question
15. Badgering- attorney is yelling at witness or intimidating them
