Taken from the book, “The Impact Model” by Mark Evans, he says, “The main reason
why people commit to their Personal Transformation is to achieve specific outcomes in life.
While it can be hard at times, investing in ourselves can be a rewarding and enjoyable journey.
And in arriving at our desired destination, when looking back at how far we have come and how
much we have changed, we can feel a sense of pride and achievement. As such, Personal

Life always makes high demands of us in many ways, and it feels satisfying when we can meet those demands by changing who we are and what we can do in the

world. You must complete all the challenges in your way to achieve your goals. Also, you must have a lot of self-esteem towards yourself and those around you to achieve greatness. Having the freedom to love yourself for yourself, is very beneficial to everyone and helps us all achieve our goals and aspirations. It also helps us to be who we are and not what others want us to be. While some people are happy and happy to maintain themselves and choose a lifestyle that imposes few demands on them, many are the best version of their own personal transformation. We consider it an ongoing effort to be. It does this because your actions as well as other people’s actions in the world can have either a good or bad effect on the world itself not just on you or someone else. Like when it comes to choosing to commit a crime for example that can lead to other people’s being hurt as well as the world being hurt in a sense. When it comes to how Bell Hooks’ would either agree or disagree with this quote, I think she would. Many claims in her reading show how she would have agreed. “Without love, our efforts to liberate ourselves and our world community from oppression and exploitation are doomed.” (Hooks, 1) I think this claim stood out to me when it comes to Marianne’s quote because it speaks the truth. If we do not have any type of love for ourselves or our community, we cannot have any kind of personal transformation. We would be stuck thinking what could have happened in our lives or the lives of our communities. When all we had to do was just chose to love ourselves and community. As I said in the discussion about Bell Hooks, we as people thrive for love within ourselves and to be loved by our communities. We want our communities to thrive with the

to heal ourselves and grow personally. When you and I make different choices in life, those choices can lead to new ideas and relationships with others in the world, from which they grow. New ways of relationships can lead to new ways of acting and existing to improve the world around us. They become contagious when these new beings and behaviors appear to create a better life. When we transform as individuals, that transformation leads to the transformation of the world. We can often make great strides if we look at the lessons of personal transformation and its global impact and choose to take full advantage of this learning opportunity. We go back when we choose to avoid the challenge of the lesson. If we choose not to learn a lesson when we first see it, they tend to come back bigger and bigger in our lives to get our attention.
