This letter circular lists papers on paint, varnish, and.

bituminous materials published by the National Bureau of

Standards. It contains also alist of letter circulars and

of publications in outside journals reporting work on these

subjects by members of the Bureau staff. There is included

also alist of Federal specifications covering these materials.

Unless specifically stated, the papers herein listed are

not obtainable from the National Bureau of Standards. Those

marked 11 0P nare out of print, but, in general, may be consulted

at the libraries in large cities.
