K201 Lecture Case Study: Kelley Technology Services Welcome! Welcome aboard the Kelley Technology Services project as one of our new data analysts! My name is Joanna Gibbons. I’m one of the partners at K201 Consulting, and I’ll be your project manager (i.e., your boss) for this project. K201 Consulting specializes in strategic implementations of IT in the education industry, which is why we’ve been paired up with Tech Services to evaluate various aspects of how they can and are strategically using IT at Kelley. As K201 students, you guys are in a unique position to consult Tech Services, as you’ll be introduced to many different topics regarding IT in business throughout the semester. We’ll break up into a number of teams, but collectively we’ll all work towards providing our expert business analysis for Tech Services and their IT initiatives. Tech Services expect us to give them specific, concrete recommendations that they can use.
