Slides are always armed. There aare slides, not slide/rafts. Red (solid) - โœ” โœ” normal call being made from flight deck Safety Pin Flag - โœ” โœ” prohibits the slide arming lever from being lowered when in position. The flag is a visual indicator that the safety pin is in place and that the door is disarmed. Flag should always be draped over the arming lever Seat Bank Power Indicator - โœ” โœ” light installed in the back of the aisle seat. Illuminates blue for 60 seconds when the aircraft power is first turned on and when at least one seat outlet in the seat bank is in use Side/raft - โœ” โœ” emergency slide/raft each mounted to bottom of each door (4). When promptly armed, each slide/raft will deploy automatically in approx. 5-8 seconds when armed dorr is opened from inside the aricraft Slide Armed Indicator Light - โœ” โœ” located below observation window.
