INTRODUCTION:
In the ever-changing field of organizational development, managers play a critical role in guiding their
organizations toward expansion and sustainability. The general well-being and advancement of an
organization are greatly influenced by the efficient performance of managerial duties. In order to better
understand the complex relevance of managerial roles in the context of organization growth, this research
will look at the effects that managerial responsibilities have on an organization's performance, culture, and
strategy evolution.
STATEMENT OF PROBLEM:
While managerial responsibilities are well-established, their unique significance in the context of
organization development needs to be thoroughly examined. By examining the unique effects of
managerial functions on an organization's ability to adapt, its potential for innovation, and its overall
success, this study aims to close this gap.
