Time seems to pass at varying speeds ! sometime its fast and sometimes its slow
3 principles of time management:
1. Discover WHAT you want
2. Know HOW to get what you want
3. Follow up with an ACTION

How the time monitor / time plan process works:
1. Choose a day and monitor your time by using time monitor table
2. After monitoring your whole week, group you activities into categories
3. List your estimated hrs for each categories
4. Compare your estimated hours with the actual hours and reflect the results
Self!ef ficacy: Belief in your ability to determine the outcomes of events
Helps: to tackle problems, set goals, see dif ficult tasks as challenges rather than potential disasters
To develop strong self!efficacy:
1. Set up situations in which you can win
2. set goals with care
