III. Mai Linh ride booking process

There are three ways to book a Mai Linh taxi, but each way has similarities and similarities Method 1: Book a car through the national TAXI switchboard 1055

  1. Call 1055 to connect with Mai Linh switchboard staff in the province or city you are in.
  2. Provide pick-up location, vehicle type, and time information to the operator.
  3. Receive trip confirmation message and driver information and license plate number.
  4. Wait for the car to arrive
  5. Pay cash or bank card at the end of the trip. Method 2: Book a car through the app
  6. Download and install the Mai Linh taxi application on your phone
  7. Log in to the application and select the Book a car feature
  8. Enter pick-up point, drop-off point, vehicle type, enter promotion code (if any)
  9. Book a car, receive trip information including: Driver, license plate number and arrival time
  10. Wait for the car to arrive, and you can track the car's route on the app's map
  11. Pay with cash, e-wallet, or QR code at the end of the trip Method 3: Book a car through the banking application
  12. Download and install the banking application that integrates the “Call a taxi” utility.
  13. Log in to that banking application and select the “Call Taxi” feature.
  14. Go to the departure point, destination
  15. Select Mai Linh taxi line, select vehicle type (4 seat/7 seat) and enter Discount code (if any). Then click Find driver. The driver will contact and pick up passengers.
  16. End the trip, confirm the transaction and make payment complete.
