(AC-S18) Week 18 - Final Assignment: An interview (Part 2) (PROY)
D: Hi ROSSY, My name is DELCIA welcome to the interview for the scholarship abroad, please
can you introduce yourself in a few sentences?
R: Good afternoon Ms. delcia, My name is rossy, I am 20 years old, I am from Peru, recently
graduated from high school as the best student of the year and I hope to continue my studies
at your university. And I would like to obtain a scholarship abroad.
D: you too, young miguel, please introduce yourself.
M: Good afternoon My name is Miguel, I am 22 years old, I am from Peru, I recently graduated
from a technical high school as the best student and I hope to continue my studies at your
university. And for that reason I would like to obtain a scholarship abroad.
D: Well first of all, why do you think you deserve this scholarship?
R: Growing up I learned that this is not easy. There are some accomplishments that I am proud
of, but what I am most proud of is my progress in school. I've done pretty well in school and
I'm trying to prepare myself for life. And I can do all the things that people want me to do.
M: Well, besides learning about new places and cultures, I want to see how far I can go and
achieve my goals.
D: What do you hope to learn in the program you have chosen? What countries have you
traveled to?
R: I have chosen to study industrial engineering but I am interviewing to learn about digital
marketing AND I have not traveled to any countries.
M: I have chosen ARCHITECTURE because I am passionate about architectural sites abroad.
And I haven't traveled to any country yet .
D: If you haven't gone abroad yet, where would you travel to if you had the opportunity, and
why?
R: I'm going to Canada because it's the best place to learn the digital drive I need,
M: I want to travel to Rome to see the beautiful places there.
D: Interesting if it is necessary to travel, and if it is for studies it is much better there you know
all kinds of culture and places, you learn to socialize with people from other countries. On the
other hand, who would support you economically during your studies?
R: My relatives, they are people who have worked for a long time, so they have a business and
from there they would set aside money for the expenses of my studies.
M: In my case, my father would take out a loan to be able to pay for my living expenses and
the materials I will use in my studies.
D: Thank you guys very much for coming to the interview and I hope your application for the
vacancy abroad will be accepted... I wish you guys luck and success.
R: thanks…
M: Thank you
