Independent Study Agreement Form for Genetics Department, Assignments of Genetics

  1. The mentee will work at least hours per week on the project during the academic year, and hours per week in the summer.
  2. If the mentee must deviate from this schedule (e.g. to studey for an upcoming exam), the s/he will communicate this to the mentor at least (weeks / days / hours) before the change occurs.
