critical path. Size the chart to fit on one page. (10 points)
a. Print a copy of the Gantt chart. Ensure that the critical path is clearly marked.
2. Display a copy of the Network chart. Size the chart to fit on one page. (5 points)
a. Print the Network chart.
3. Suppose that the duration of Task 2 increase from 2 weeks to 3 weeks. What effect does this
have on the project? (2 points)
4. Reset the duration of Task 2 to 2 weeks. Now suppose the duration of Task 7 decreases from
4 weeks to 3 weeks. What effect does this have on the project? (2 points)
5. One of your team leaders has given you the follow estimates for the completion of a task:
The shortest likely time to complete the task - 6 weeks
The most likely time to complete the task - 7 weeks
The longest likely time to complete the task - 20 weeks
Calculate the task duration using the PERT technique.
