● With teen depression you constantly feel sad, irritable, or angry ● If your friend has depression they may talk bad about themselves and starts losing interest in things. ● Some risk factors that can trigger teen depression is bullying, anxiety, eating disorders and recent stressful life experiences ● You are more likely to suffer from teen depression if you have a family history of depression or if you had to deal with early childhood trauma
● Phantom vibration syndrome- When you think you heard your phone went off but it really didn’t. ● 5 - 10% of people are unable to control how much time they are on technology ● In a study 89% of test subjects said they experience Phantom Vibration Syndrome every 2 weeks ● 30 - 40% of communicating are face to face conversations and around 80% of social media communication is self involved
