young. What is it
that makes
adulthood so
desirable to young
people?

I think the thought of
independence is what made
me want to be older. Or
freedom.
I enjoy my sense of freedom
but I don’t like how much
responsibility I have. And I
wasn’t expecting to have to
do so much on my own.

The idea of not being told
what to do and being able to
do things that you were told
you can do when your older.
The feeling of independence I
have is great overall and I’m
proud of the insights I’ve
learned over the past years
but I am unsure if I am fully
prepared for being able to
sustain myself.

The independence part
definitely has a huge part in
it. When you're younger, you
see so many older individuals,
and it makes you think of all
the possibilities and of what
you could be. Making
adulthood desirable.
I actually enjoy being more
independent and having
more of I say i guess. But
there’s also a lot of stress and
negatives that come along
with it. But I’m getting more
life experiences and seeing
new things which I love

The desire to be on my own
as well as make my own
decisions especially in terms
of where and what I spend
my money on
I live 6 hours away and enjoy
the independence as well as
the responsibility but I didn’t
expect saving money to be
this difficult
