The grades of I, and W carry no quality points and do not have any effect on your GPA When calculating your GPA you need to determine the overall Quality Points for a class. To do so you will multiply the quality points for the anticipated letter grade by the credit hours for the course. Your GPA is the total number of quality points divided by your total credit hours.
