Food Journal Assignment Name_________________________ Record all beverage and food consumption for the following 6 days. You do not need to list specific ounces etc…just approximate following the guide below: One serving of RICE and PASTA is the size of a baseball. One serving of CHEESE is four stacked dice or a standard matchbox. One serving of NUTS, PRETZELS, or RAISINS, is the amount you can hold in one cupped hand. One serving of MEAT is about the size of a deck of cards. One serving of FRUIT is about the size of a small fist. One serving of POTATOES is the size of a computer mouse. One serving of BAGELS is the size of a hockey puck. For each day write down what you consume and general time of day. Be sure to include all beverages, even water. List all your snacks. Begin with today and complete the template for a total of 6 days. Bring to the next lecture class and be ready to discuss your findings. NOTE : Be honest!
