Since I was little, I always thought on how other people respond based on my appearance. I’m too shy and nervous to show other people what I can do. But as time goes by, I’ve learned so much about my character. I have learned my strength, my weaknesses, and also my good and bad sides. I am lucky enough to have a circle of friends and family that is so small but true. As an adult and a student, they have been incredibly supportive of my decisions. And I am fortunate to have all the opportunities I have today to support my interests, lifestyle, and learning. It is my extended self. In certain ways, the environment influences us and people say the environment moves us, because it has a larger effect on our personality and attitude, which would also suggest that your environment will mold you to who you are today. I believe that our extended self is something that we value in our lives and also how we see ourselves in doing things or being what we wanted to be in life.
We are all equal, whether you’re a male, female or even a part of LGBTQ+, things will always be balanced. As a woman, based on my experience, I grew up facing a lot of tough challenges that made me stronger. A lot of people are being afraid in showing what they really are and what they can do to express their inner selves. Some people have their mindset that woman is just all about cleaning stuffs, cooking, basically being weaker than what a man can do. That is where gender inequality hits. I grew up to something that is not mentioned to the standard of what a woman should be as a woman who grows up with lots of difficult experiences, and I think that is good and safe. All people are fair, I believe, and some just do not get it. They really cannot understand that women do not just cook and clean, but we’re all more than that. Through finding ourselves as powerful as all others, I know that our self will be awakened to love ourselves more, and to show others that we are more than they think we are.
Most of us believe that there is a direct and simple relationship between having a positive sense of physical self and a positive relationship with sexuality. While this is true on a certain level, that feeling good about your body makes you more comfortable with it and your sexuality, it is surprisingly a more complex algorithm to the decision-making process, which inspires healthy sexual relationships. Bodies can therefore be sexualized in various forms of their genetics. In turn, these sex bodies maybe are seen to show some gendered attitudes. Bodies can also be sexualized in terms of their masculine and
feminine. Bodies, in the biological interpretation that they are, whether male or female, are called sex. When talking about this, we just must realize that individuals have different viewpoint. Knowing out sexual body will lead us to wider awareness that gives us the power not only to protect ourselves, but also to educate others to make them understand this subject more so that needless awareness would not corrupt their minds.
We all desire to be beautiful. A lot of people feel unlucky because of what they look like or just because they are not contented or satisfied. They feel insecure about things that they don’t have. But the real beauty begins when we started appreciating ourselves. When we no longer feel imperfect because of what we see from other people’s appearance. There’s a lot of beauty in the world as a whole. In particular, the beauty of life. Indeed, it is beautiful and wonderful because it offers so many opportunities to live our lives to the fullest and fulfill out dreams. Real beauty begins with God; therefore, something becomes beautiful when it has the fingerprints of God on it. We have to appreciate his effort because we all have our own kind of beautiful. But as far as the beauty of every person is concerned, I believe that true beauty is invisible to the naked eye.
