Is There a Cure to Cancer? When we get sick, we call the doctor, make an appointment, keep the visit and tell the physician what ails us. Following the examination, if a diagnosis were given the doctor then prescribes prescription medication to combat the illness. Is this the only option that sick people have to deal with disease? The American health care system is big business. Pharmaceutical companies make billions of dollars off of people being sick. Why should doctors and medication firms spend more money on research to find the cure to the most destructive form of death-- cancer? Little do the general public know that the cure for all diseases has been found, some thirty years ago. Meet Dr. Sebi, his birth name Alfredo Bowman, was a pathologist, herbalist, and biochemist. Dr. Sebi over thirty years ago came to the United States from Honduras making claims that he has cured various forms of cancer and the other main ailments. He mission was to heal the sick and dying. In 1985 Dr. Sebi placed an ad in The Amsterdam News, The New York Times, and the Village where he offered cures for Sickle Cell, Lupus, Blindness, Herpes, Cancer, AIDS, and others (Chang. 2016. para. 3). The information in this article I find to be completely reliable. I have done separate research on Dr. Sebi claims and have found insurmountable evidence to support his claim. After reading countless testimonials some of which are from celebrities. The article written by Pao Chang is a credible author. He has spent over twenty years studying and researching several forms of cancer focusing mainly on diseases resulting from

herself if, in fact, he cured AIDS. Upon returning Ms. Wright would substantiate Dr. Sebi's claim and become one of his greatest supporters. Therefore, her article is credible. Both articles are credible. I have conducted research and from various sources concur with each of these authors. I found each story to be persuasive because curing any serious disease is significant news and stands to be in the forefront of modern medicine. The only thing that could change my mind as a critical thinker to reverse my support of Dr. Sebi would be that many of his former patients that he claims to have cured come forward and state that they are no longer disease free.
