performance appraisal program.
4) Performance based compensation and rewards: if there is anything to
look forward to when performance appraisal tone comes around it’s
anticipating a salary increase or year end bonuses constructing a
effective performance appraisal program require collaborative work with
the compensation and benefits specialist to determine allocation for
salary increases,incentives and other monetary rewards.
