CASE MANAGEMENT ORDER
OF THE PRESIDENT
In the matter of claims against Arcadia Group Limited,
Outfit Retail Limited, Topshop/Topman Limited, and/or
WR Opco Realisations Limited arising out of their entering
administration on 30 November 2020
CLAIMS against Arcadia Group Limited, Outfit Retail Limited, Topshop/Topman Limited
and WR Opco Realisations Limited arising out of their entering administration on 30
November 2020 having been received in various regions of the Employment Tribunals
in England and Wales;
AND having regard to the overriding objective under rule 2 of Schedule 1 to the
Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013;
AND having regard to the distribution of judicial and administrative workload and
resources as between the Employment Tribunal regions in England and Wales;
IT IS ORDERED THAT:
ALL such present and future claims in England and Wales arising out of the companies
identified above entering administration, and/or the subsequent closure of Topshop,
Topman, Miss Selfridge, Dorothy Perkins, Wallis, Outfit, Evans and Burton Menswear
stores, be transferred to the North West England region of the Employment Tribunals,
to proceed before the Employment Tribunal in Manchester;
AND such claims are to be combined and case managed in accordance with the
directions of the Regional Employment Judge for the North West England region, or
such other Employment Judge appointed by him, with a view to any claims being heard
at the Employment Tribunal in Manchester whether in person, remotely or by a
combination;

WR Opco Realisations Limited arising out of their entering

administration on 30 November 2020
