More and more people are choosing to alternate their studies with a job. This may be done to pay for their studies or to continue learning and evolve in their job. However, doing both can be very difficult due to the high levels of stress involved.
The restrictions imposed due to the coronavirus pandemic have not necessarily harmed the organization of those who work and study. In fact, for some, studying and working remotely has been more bearable than doing so in person. This is because traveling to a physical workplace can add exhaustion, loss of time, uncertainty, and concerns about contagion, as one often encounters people on public transport who do not follow basic preventive measures.
Students who perform both activities may feel more pronounced pressure and stress. Therefore, any support and empathy from work colleagues, classmates, friends, or family can be of great help.
Working and studying at the same time is a complicated task, but it can also be a valuable experience that shapes the individual. On the one hand, the individual gains experience in the working world, while on the other, they acquire knowledge.
Although the task of balancing work and study is difficult and complicated, the benefits that the experience will bring in the future can be numerous.
