Question 1- What kind of companies would be interested to buy such a solution?
Answer - The companies that would be highly interested in buying this AI product are
the ones who are engaged in providing the recruitment consultancies to the companies
and those companies in which recruitment happens round the year. The companies with
low HR employees would also like to prefer this solution as well as this solution
drastically reduce the the work task for HR employees to recruit new candidates.
Question 2- What factors would you consider while deciding the pricing structure of the
product?
Answer - There are multiple factors that need to considered while deciding the pricing
structure of the product are :-
Costs involved with running the business. These include fixed costs (the
expenses that will come in every month regardless of sales) and direct costs
(the expenses incur by producing and delivering products and services).
Customers are also the main factor for choosing the pricing factor of the
product , Know what customers want from your products and services.This
information will help to determine if the price is right, what level of service or
inclusions we should be offering and lastly if we are targeting the right market.

Competitors are one of the important key factors because we get to know what they are charging for different products and services.What inclusions and level of service are they offering for those prices, these small details about competitors let us understand the pricing of our product. ● Profit is one of the basic factor which need to considered that how much the product will bring profit after all the costs. Question 3- Who would you try to contact within the potential customer’s organization and why? Answer - The HR department in every organization is essentially is responsible for the recruiting process of the customer and as our product also is used for recruiting of new candidates it can easily be used by the HR department because it will make their work quiet easy and they would likely consider a product which would make their work work easy and less tense.
