This addendum forms a part of the Contract Documents and modifies the original
Specifications and Drawings dated July 24, 2018, as noted below. Acknowledge receipt
of this Addendum in the space provided on the Bid Form; failure to do so may
subject bidder to disqualification.

SPECIFICATIONS
1. Section 00100 – Instructions to Bidders:
A. Page 00100-11: Reference the AIA A305 Contractor’s Qualification Statement.
If this document has not been provided already, the deadline is Friday, August 24,
2018, 5:00 PM.
2. Section 034100 – Precast Structural Concrete:
A. Page 034100-8, Item 2.6, E. Coloring Admixture: Delete item E. in its entirety.
B. Page 034100-11, Item 2.11, A.,1.: Add the following as an approved equal:
“Meridian, 424 New Ashbury”
3. Section 107326 – Walkway Coverings:
A. Page 107326-2, After Line 3: Add the following acceptable manufacturer:
“Tennessee Valley Metals, Inc.”
DRAWINGS
1. Sheet E1.0:
A. Change Keynote#6 to the following:
The existing pole mounted light fixtures, poles, hardware, etc., shall be removed
by this contractor and delivered to 136 Almon C Hill Drive, Cumming, Georgia
30040. Coordinate with the Owner the date and time of all deliveries. Remove
the existing circuit from these poles back to the distribution panel in the main
school building. Turn the breaker to the “Off” position and label as spare.
