AGREEMENT OF HIRE OF A MOTOR VEHICLE
KNOWN ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that this agreement of this Hire of a Motor Vehicle is made
on this the 21st day of August, 2018 at Tippi;
-BETWEEN-
MEPE LIPIYANG, S/o of Shri Randu Lipiyang, Village Tippi,P.O. Bhalukpong, West Kameng District,
A.P. herein after called the owner of the 1st part
-AND-
SHRI FESOM SEKONG, S/o Late Dongsa Sekong, by profession business, resident of Vill-Tippi, P.O. &
P.S. Bhalukpong, West Kameng District, A.P. herein after called the hirer of the other part.
Whereas the 1st Party is the Registered owner of the Vehicles (4 Nos.) TIPPER, Registration No. AR04 –
8490, AR04-7416,AR04-7417, AR04-8491 which is described in the schedule hereto below in greater and
better details and is hereafter referred to as the vehicle.
AND WHEREAS the owner has offered to let the vehicle on monthly hire for his convenience and benefit
and whereas the hirer has agreed and accepted to take the said vehicle on hire.
NOW THIS AGREEMENT BETWEEN T5HE PARTIES WITNESSETH AS UNDER:
1. That the per month hire charge of the vehicle is fixed at Rs. 1,25,000/- (Rupees One Lakh twenty
five thousand) only.
2. This agreement shall remain valid for a period of Six months starting from this date or from the
date of execution of these presents.
3. That the heavy maintenance of the said Vehicles ( Engine, Gear Box and Defential) will be done
by the 1st Party and the minor maintenance shall be done by the 2nd Party.
4. The hire charges shall be cleared by 10th of every month.
