This preference works with my self-identified temperament because I tied for blue and gold so there are certain things, I push my way through were others I just say my part and go with it adding things here and there.

(Ch 12) - ✔✔Acting ethically leads to developing an ethical character because you are always doing what is best and other people will see what your personality is like and will want to be more like you. This is an interpersonal process.
  3. Discuss briefly the six pillars of character. Which one would you rated highest for any leader you are willing to follow and why? (277) - ✔✔a. Trustworthiness-most complicated. Includes a variety: honesty, integrity, reliability, and loyalty. b. Respect-tolerant of differences, good manners, considerate of others. c. Responsibility-do your job, persevere, think before you act, consider the consequences. d. Fairness-play by the rules, be open-minded, don't take advantage of others. e. Caring- be kind, forgive others, help people in need, be compassionate. f. Citizenship-share with your community, get involved, stay informed, respect authority, protect the environment.

The obstacle that I impacted in this course was low motivation. Two strategies I use to get threw it were doing a piece at a time then taking a break or I would sit down and tell myself I am not leaving until I finish this assignment.
  3. Explain personal leadership benefits that come from service leadership; use personal examples as appropriate. - ✔✔a. Personal leadership benefits are knowing you helped someone, made somebodies day, and you used your time for a cause that is worthy.

My preferred type of speech would have to be the extemporaneous speech because I could add things as I went along and still have my notecard for my really important points.
