Majority (56%) Respondents are satisfied with the rate structure of Airtel and rest off them are not satisfied Majority (40%) Respondents are using Airtel DTH

FINDINGS

Majority (28%) Respondents from rural areas are not satisfied with the Data speed of Airtel

CONCLUSION

I conclude that Satisfied customer is the best source of advertisement, which helps company in -Growth in Sales Revenue -Stand Out From the Competition -Increases Brand Popularity
